Return & Refund Policy

At PVG Indoteck, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. While we take utmost care in manufacturing and delivering our products, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary.

Return Policy

• Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery in case of damage, defects, or incorrect items received.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• Returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
• Refunds will cover only the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If a replacement is requested, shipping of the replacement item will be free of cost.

Exclusions

• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible.
